Use Encrypted Password in Connection Parameters

Client requested that an encrypted password be able to be used in the cluster connection parameters. This would allow them to store the password in the configuration in an encrypted format, and use it in the cluster connection properties without having to decrypt it prior to use. As an example of how this would work, they pointed to Oracle, and how it works in their product.
