Fix integration tests

You can see how sad things are [here|http://sdk.jenkins.couchbase.com/job/java/job/couchbase-java-client-test-integration/.]  First off, we needed to fix issue with -DuseMock, and assure ourselves that this works across the board, so locally with/without the mock, we have passing tests.  That being done, this ticket should address the rest of the issues preventing those tests from passing.  

FWIW, we will start with a hard look at src/integration/bin/runtest.py, which needs a tweak or 2 given recent changes to get the -DuseMock switch to really work.
