Observing queue full messages while deleting _default collection from SDK

    Description

       

      Build: 7.0.0-4797

      Scenario:

      1. Single node cluster
      2. Load data into default collection
      3. Drop default collection and sleep for 1 minute

      Observation:

      Seeing continuous "RequestRetryScheduledEvent" messages on console.

      Could not publish Event because the queue is full. RequestRetryScheduledEvent{severity=DEBUG, category=com.couchbase.request, duration=PT0S, createdAt=434862308288306, description=Request GetCollectionIdRequest retry scheduled per RetryStrategy (Reason: ENDPOINT_NOT_WRITABLE), context=RequestContext{completed=false, coreId=0x32c007b60000000a, idempotent=true, lastDispatchedTo=10.112.210.101, requestId=11089, requestType=GetCollectionIdRequest, retried=0, service={bucket=yeh_mMz7pwye-29-493000, collection=_default, opaque=0x360d, scope=_default, type=kv}, timeoutMs=10000}, cause=null}

          core-io work going on: http://review.couchbase.org/c/couchbase-jvm-clients/+/162879 .. this will make the issue go away by batching overflow events and dump them in bulk (with slight loss of precision) at configurable intervals.

          Should be fixed by https://issues.couchbase.com/browse/JVMCBC-1022 which is part of the release this week.
