RangeScan issue with Batch Item limit of 1

Against Java I am seeing this error and no results returned with a batch item limit of 1:

ERROR Streamer 35fbcd02-0221-43b5-9ec4-7c7128974f31 died with com.couchbase.client.core.error.UnambiguousTimeoutException: RangeScan timed out {"itemsStreamed":0} 

With a item limit of 0 it is ignored and presumably the default is used but when a batch item limit of 1, which is the minimum sensible entry is supplied then we are seeing this error. If this is too small of an item limit for the server/sdk then we either need this adding to the RFC and docs as having a higher minimum value or this issue will need to be fixed.
