Add Javadoc for the results available for each MutateInSpec

Only `MutatInSpec.increment` and `decrement` yield results. Add Javadoc to all of the MutateInSpec factory methods indicating whether they generate content, and the type of the content. (`Long` for increment and decrement, no content for all other spec types)
