potential deadlock when collecting sync query results

Description

Some users have reported that all they can obtain when querying N1QL is a timeout. It seems there is a deadlock that can occur when collecting async results into a blocking DefaultQueryResult, notably on Windows platform and when server is on an Amazon AWS instance...
