    Description

      In the documentation, pages about documents often use synchronous and asynchronous API interchangeably on the bucket variable.

      bucket should always be synchronous and bucket.async() be used for snippets of the asynchronous API.

      documents-atomic also mentions a LongDocument where it should use the correct JsonLongDocument.

      A few related tickets that describe a subset of these unclear snippets have been marked as duplicates of this.
