BucketManager.listIndexes should only list GSI indexes

The rationale for that is that the Index Management API only cares about GSI indexes (can only create GSI indexes, drop, etc...) and that name is guaranteed to identify a unique index only in the context of 1 bucket and 1 index type (you could have two indexes, 1 VIEW and 1 GSI, with the same name).
