Description
Developer builds of Couchbase Server report a version of 0.0.0. Since the client sniffs the version to decide which features to enabled, this can cause problems. There's a separate issue JDCP-147 for using capabilities instead of version sniffing, but in the mean time treating 0.0.0 as if it were 9999.0.0 is a simple workaround.
