Fixed a race condition inside the DCP client that was causing a connection failure:
`java.lang.IllegalStateException: Tried to add duplicate channel`.

This was fixed incidentally as part of https://review.couchbase.org/c/java-dcp-client/+/182159 which went into DCP client 0.43.0
