The Node.js release schedule is slightly shifted due to the EOL of OpenSSL 1.1.1 (see this post from Node.js team). This means that Node.js 16 will reach EOL (2023-09-11) before Node.js 20 will not reach active LTS (2023-10-24). Since we do not want to support versions of Node.js that are EOL we should make sure we have Node.js 20 support.
