Collection management test is not closing connection with created buckets

In the collection manager tests, buckets are being created and a connection to them is being made. They are then dropped, but the connection remains intact, so the SDK is indefinitely retrying to select the bucket. We should expose the core's close_bucket and call this after the collection manager tests are complete.
