FIT - Refactor performer

I think that I have moved most (if not all) the operations previously supported by the performer into the experimental path. A handful of changes remain:

• Merge old logic w/ new (specifically around the utility methods)
• Add types to the event emitter(s)
  • This will help to more easily know what events are allowed/available
• Error handling
  • I think a more clear definition of when to raise the NotImplementedError v. just an Error needs to be defined
• Streaming clean up
  • I think the logging is a bit verbose at the moment
  • Add a mechanism that will send a result to the driver if a result has not been sent in X seconds.
• Gather the TODOs and see what JSCBCs need to be created
