Hello World code examples

Inconsistencies across the Getting Started code samples at https://docs.couchbase.com/nodejs-sdk/current/hello-world/start-using-sdk.html need resolving - such as ES Modules - and the code checking.

Perhaps the naming between samples could also be more consistent?

Code samples needed - Hello World x4:

• Capella connection, CRUD, JS
• Capella connection, CRUD, TS
• Self-managed connection, CRUD, JS
• Self-managed connection, CRUD, TS

Note, no SQL++ needed, we are simplifying the Hello World pages.
