warn on unidentified options

I don't know how strongly I feel about this, but it may be nice to warn (or have a strict mode to do so) on unknown options being passed in at the ops level. I did this once with [] and then did it again with operationTimeout (which seemed like an operation option, but it's not).

At first, it wasn't clear to me that all of the options in the Bucket class are not options to be used from the functions in the API ref. Maybe it's me, but I bet there are others that will have the same issue. I guess that's a separate issue.
