Add more Node.js FTS code examples

Users are requesting more code examples for SDK + FTS.  Docs writer has done a full example of improving it with Java first but needs code examples for other languages.

Existing code examples are: https://developer.couchbase.com/documentation/server/5.1/sdk/nodejs/full-text-searching-with-sdk.html

But updated approach is to document most of the query types using the form in this Java example (see bottom):
