lcbx should not define LCB_HTTP_TYPE_ANALYTICS

    Description

      We had to define it due to a bug in libcouchbase 3.0.0, should be fixed when libcouchbase fixes their code.  I used a const define to cause a conflict error once libcouchbase fixes it.
