CAS missing as property from LookupInResult in API Reference

    Description

      In the API reference (https://docs.couchbase.com/sdk-api/couchbase-node-client-3.0.4/global.html#LookupInResult) the CAS isn't listed as a property of LookupInResult, but this works to access the CAS.

      Could we get CAS added to the API reference for LookupInResult please?
