MutationToken and MutationState comparisons could be incorrect for high sequence number values

MutationTokens currently leak CPP binding types directly to the public interface. Additionally, there is a potential bug in the handling of mutation states where with sufficiently large sequence numbers, we may fail to accurately determine which MutationToken is the newest one.
