Enhanced diagnostics for WaitUntilReady

Description

Suggested release note:

The `waitUntilReady()` method now logs additional diagnostic information to the `com.couchbase.core.WaitUntilReady` logging category at `DEBUG` level.

 

 

Log `WaitUntilReadyDiagnostic` messages to the `com.couchbase.core.WaitUntilReady` category at DEBUG level.

These messages show what the `Cluster.waitUntilReady()` and `Bucket.waitUntilReady()` methods do, step by step.
