clientContextId containing an escaped quote will fail the parser

The boundary detection for clientContextId in QueryHandler doesn't take the fact that client-provided string could contain an escaped quote. We are at least sure that since the server sends back correct JSON, the quote will indeed be escaped by a \. Fix the parser to detect this case.
