      Suggested release note:

      DNS SRV caching is now disabled. The SDK now responds quicker to DNS changes in dynamic environments like Kubernetes.

      When we switched to using the `dnsjava` libaray for DNS SRV lookups in core-io 2.5.0, we inadvertently started caching responses, included negative responses. This is not ideal for k8s environments where DNS SRV entries are highly dynamic.

      Our use case does not require caching, so let's disable it.
