    Description

Inserting a key containing high ASCII characters causes the channel to crash following response decode and the subsequent write to be cancelled. The bad key does get successfully written to Couchbase. The attached example demonstrates the behavior. Uncommenting the code that strips the high ASCII characters allows both keys to be written.
