    Description

      cb-io still misbehave in 2.2.0 / 2.1.4 and could be more aggressively shut down.

      additionally a few external threads could also be better cleaned up: Netty's ThreadDeathWatcher (linked to cb-io threads), LatencyUtils' PauseDetector (in 2.2.0, metrics threads)...
