Delay.exponential to take exponent

As part of the app retry logic, it would be useful if the user could configure the exponent of the retry. By default this is 2, so the back-off doubles with every retry. In some cases it is necessary to make the back-off time much steeper (e.g. ^10). Perhaps an extra parameter to the Delay.exponential constructor?)
