[durability]: couchbase.flex_frame.frame.durability_timeout = 8100ms when set as timeout(Duration.ofSeconds(10)). It is getting adjusted to 90% twice

Actual:
When passing the durability timeout from SDK it is getting adjusted to 90% twice. Hence, 10s is sent as 8100ms

Expected:
It should be adjusted to 90% only once
