Major Description
It has been found that when unhealthy/uninitialized nodes are part of the bootstrap list and a cluster pre 6.5 is used (so no gcccp payload present)l waitUntilReady is timing out. The exact cause is not yet determined, but it seems to have to do with the state of those unhealthy nodes and the desired state never reaching fully connected.
