To assign the role to the service account:

HQ-Arun0477:couchbase-autonomous-operator-openshift_1.2.2-macos-x86_64 arunkumarsenthilnathan$ oc create rolebinding couchbase-operator-rolebinding --role couchbase-operator --serviceaccount default:couchbase-operator --namespace default
Error from server (Forbidden): rolebindings.rbac.authorization.k8s.io "couchbase-operator-rolebinding" is forbidden: the server could not find the requested resource (get rolebindingrestrictions.authorization.openshift.io)

Same error as seen in tests
