    Description

Creating a 9 pod cluster sequentially takes 9 minutes to come up, if we parallelized pod creation it'd be just 2, and we'd save money on testing.  That and my sanity having to constantly wait 15 minutes for tests to get to the pertinent point.

Previously when I tried this QE was the stumbling block as they expected everything to happen in order, well we take a more heuristic view now, who cares about the name and order as long as it is the right size right?

And also while we are at it, do we really care about numbering the pods (which requires extra book keeping, which can and has gone wrong in the past), just let Kubernetes generate unique names for us!
