Description
XDCR Settings provide many tunable parameters to make XDCR robust and optimized for different environments and infrastructure. This ticket will cover the must-have p0 and good-to-have p1 settings available through Operator.
As part of "Create XDCR Replication," we currently support -
- source bucket
- remote bucket
- compression type
- filter expression
- paused
what other settings need to get added -
[p0]
- filterDeletion, filterExpiration, and filterBypassExpiry - many customer use cases need these settings configured from creation-time
- optimisticReplicationThreshold, bandwidth-usage-limit, max-processes, and priority - controls resource-allocation to the replication
- checkpointInterval and failure-restart-interval- checkpoint interval and failure restart interval is beneficial in case of failures
[p1]
- bandwidth-usage-limit
- source-nozzle-per-node
- target-nozzle-per-node
- worker-batch-size
- doc-batch-size
- log-level
- stats-interval
