Logging Improvements built on Fluent

Technically this can be simple, like follow this tutorial simple.

But the harsh reality is we are going to have to make custom CBS containers containing fluentbit or similar to stream off CBS logs to a server.  This in itself isn't challenging, the biggest issues are probably going to involve those wonderful erlang logs that aren't friendly to anything, I'm looking at you multi-line output... or we just say wing it, you get what you get, moan at server ;p
