changing name in server settings adds new nodes and messes up the cluster

    Description

      1. Create a k8s cb cluster with 3 nodes and name "all-services"'
      2. Change the name to "abcd" in the cluster config
      3. Replace the config file in k8s

      Operator added 3 new nodes to the cluster and tried to rebalance - cluster is messed up with nodes being unresponsive - operator is stuck in a loop rebalancing the cluster every time it tries to reconcile
