    Description

      Pre-1.15 if claim is not in use then attempt to resize if the backup size has changed.

      1.15 and later if claim is mounted by pods resize can be done on the fly due to feature gate ExpandInUsePersistentVolumes which becomes default=true and beta in 1.15.
