Sync Gateway Integration Docs

In support of Mobile Phase 1 requirements, add the SG Deployment to the Operator distribution.

In earlier discussion, Simon Murray indicated we have a place to add this to the Operator repository so it will be automatically part of the platform specific distributions. Goal is for the user to be able to navigate to a directory with their shell, copy/edit an example, and `kubectl create` to deploy.

Per the review done under K8S-1200, this should also include an update to use apps/v2 on the apiVersion. It should also remove Volume Mounts details.
