Add support for admin secret rotation

    Description

      Currently it is not possible to rotate the admin secret without first doing the following steps:

      1. Change the admin secret within Kubernetes to the new credentials.
      2. Manually change the admin credentials within Couchbase Server (using CLI/REST/UI).
      3. Restart the operator pod to pick up the new secret.

      Given that it may be needed to rotate the admin password as part of compliance or due to a security breach, the operator should have built-in support for rotating the admin secret.
