CLONE - Operator 2.0 package contents is missing sample definitions

Request:

Operator 2.0 package contents are missing sample Operator and Admission definitions files.

Background:

This is the feedback based on the Operator 2.0 demo. The `Operator` and `Admission Controller` deployments are now done using `cbopcfg` tool.

The command `cbopcfg > operator.yaml` will create the Operator configuration but still, a quick reference to sample Operator and Admission definitions files in the package would be good to have if any custom definitions are needed to be created.
