Prometheus Tests WaitForPrometheusReady is insufficient

    Description

      Critical insufficient function means even if the prometheus container cannot run Prometheus tests pass.

      Running CAO 2.0 with couchbase/exporter:1.0.0 should result in test failure, as when done manually the containers return "ContainerCannotRun" error. Tests do not fail as the Ready check is not sufficient.
