CRD validation will allow us to be able to ensure that the operator won't have to deal with invalid configurations

This feature will have 3 major parts:

1. Automatically adding validation to the CRD based on the version of Kubernetes being run
2. Adding a command line tool that will allow users to take advantage of validation regardless of version.
3. Testing for various different CouchbaseCluster configurations
