[Istio] Tests failing and unable to collect logs.

While running regression on a GKE cluster with Istio enabled , we are seeing few failures in each of the suites which was not observed while running regression on GKE with Istio disabled with other parameters unchanged. 

The framework however is unable to collect logs for the test cases irrespective of whether they pass or fail, which is leading to delay in raising defects.

Error:

framework.go:1032: Error: the server rejected our request for an unknown reason (get pods couchbase-operator-5f5dbc775d-vlqcm)

Latest images of admission controller , operator, exporter and appropriate image of backup has been used.

Working on the issue to resolve log collection with the framework.
