Bring back tutorial for Pillowfight

    Description

      Add a tutorial around pillowfight.

      Should include that it's a workload generator useful for system validation. This is bringing it back to docs from 1.x releases in effect, but rather than a build in artifact in the package, it's something for the user to work with and modify for their environment.
