Default backup image is 6.5 instead of 6.6

    Description

      If backup is enabled without specifying an image:

      spec:
      		 
        backup:
      		 
          managed: true

      ... then spec:backup:image will be automatically configured to use backup 6.5.1 instead of 6.6.0 - this should probably match the default server version of 6.6.0
