Some Couchbase Server stats and metrics are documented in various places in the Server docs component. Wherever there is documentation describing the metrics keys of each Couchbase Service, we should provide a cross reference to that documentation from the CAO Prometheus docs.

Note that the auto-scaling docs will need to have cross references to some of the same metrics documentation. However, any metrics cross referencing work related to auto-scaling should be done in K8S-2017.
