Issues with openshift-bootstrap.sh on openshift origin cluster

When the script "openshift-bootstrap.sh" is executed on the Openshift origin cluster of version 3.7, the couchbase app/logo is displayed on the Couchbase cluster. However, when we click on it and fill in the form, it displays an additional field in the form "Binding" as shown in the screenshot below:

Also the couchbase cluster does not seem to be coming up successfully.

However, this issue is not seen on the minishift cluster (tried with OC 3.7 and 3.7.1). The form does not show any "Binding" option.

Not sure from where it is picking up the "Binding" option.
