cbopctl should output info to command line

    Description

      after running ./build/bin/cbopctl create -f ~/Desktop/K8-CB/cb-cluster.yml, nothing is printed out. It is unknown if it worked or not. Also it would be good to output the kubeconfig context that the cluster was successfully dpeloyed to. I have 3 different contexts and it took awhile to figure out which one it was being deployed to.
