cbopctl should pick up namespace from kubeconfig file

cbopctl currently picks up namespace from the cb cluster yaml, but often this field is blank because the namespace is already set in the kubeconfig file. Could cause confusion since I imagine most users are used to kubectl picking up the namespace automatically.
