    Description

During design discussions of scopes and collections, we figured out that the use case of Write once and create anywhere is not implemented for the 2.3-Beta release but will be implemented with CAO 2.3 GA.

Here is a sample use case -

if a user defines the configurations such as - 10 buckets and each bucket have 100 scopes and each scope have 100 collections on one cluster. Once defined, this definition must be used anywhere else on different platforms. It can be an export or import config feature which implies Write once and create anywhere. The customer use-case would be Bulk Creation, cluster clone, or Lift/Shift from one platform to the other platform along with scopes and collections.
