cbopctl delete works when values have been changed

If you create a cluster then change a field in the yaml file like dataServiceMemoryQuota and try cbopctl delete on the updated yaml file, the cluster deleted. Not sure if this is a bug, but would be good to know and document what fields must change for the delete command to fail. Seems weird that i can delete a cluster by supplying a different yaml file.
