cbopctl delete doesnt delete couchbase cluster on Kubernetes 1.7

create an operator deployment and secret:
kubectl create -f ~/Desktop/K8-CB/deployment.yml
kubectl create -f ~/Desktop/K8-CB/secret.yml

then create a cb cluster:

./build/bin/cbopctl create -f ~/Desktop/K8-CB/cb-cluster.yml

in the ui you will see 2 couchbase pods come up

now delete the cb cluster

./build/bin/cbopctl delete -f  ~/Desktop/K8-CB/cb-cluster.yml

nothing happens, all pods are still there and all services
