DAC always sets serviceType to NodePort

    Description

      Both admin and feature service types are set as NodePort even when serviceTemplate sets type to LoadBalancer.  This shouldn't cause functional issues since serviceTemplate takes precedence but it's incorrect from perspective of the cluster spec.

          Well, the value isn't fully depreciated, and the DAC is no longer patching things so there's no other way to clean this up besides telling customers who use ServiceTemplate to either:

          1. Ignore it
          2. Override with expected value

          Will not be in Beta.  Doubtful for 2.3.x hence not targeted since the proper fix is to fully depreciate ServiceType which is not going to happen this release.  

          I've checked the code and ServiceTemplate always takes precedence over ServiceType.  If that's not the case then we will definitely fix that for 2.2
