cbopctl behaviour is inconsistent

create a deployment the submit any cb-cluster yaml that the default indexPath and dataPath set. Then remove dataPath from the cb-cluster yaml and apply the changes. cbopctl will return: 

spec.servers[0].indexPath in body cannot be updated

The default value for dataPath is not getting passed to one of the constraint checks. cbopctl should set the path to default data path if none is provided. 

Furthermore, if you create a cb-cluster yaml without dataPath set, the default dataPath will be used and if you run apply on the same yaml after creation, no error is returned even tho apply is being used on identical yaml files in both cases.
